Toilet Paper Caper

This evening while getting supper ready things got very quiet on the Zachary front.  We went to look for him and found him in the bathroom with a wad of toilet paper in his hand which was still attached to the roll.  He reaction was "bo, no" (blow, nose).  He didn't have a stuffy nose at all.  I guess the temptation of seeing the toilet paper on the roll looked way too tempting for him to resist!  We definitely got quite a laugh out of it! 

We have a 25 month old!!

This past Tuesday, August 9th Zachary turned 25 months old.  Where has the time gone??  In celebration of this I am going to post 25 things that make Zachary what he is.

1. He is such a happy go lucky little man.
2. He has one speed, fast!  When we say slow he does for about 5 seconds and then says fast and off he goes again.
3. His speech is improving more and more on a daily basis.  He is now putting two words together and we understand what he is saying.
4. He LOVES seeing construction equipment.
5. Says the words John Deere really cute.  Usually it is Deere, Yawn Deere!!
6. He is now saying Omma and Appa really well.
7. Loves reading books.
8. He is so much a people person and will for the most part say hi to people.
9. Mag and Fof which is how he says our cats names.  They are Maggie and Sophie.
10. He will eat pretty much everything that we give him. The one thing that he doesn't seem to care for is tuna fish.
11. Gives double hugs when he hugs people.  He'll hug one side then the next.  Came up with this on his own!
12. Loves his Korean snacks and we stock up every time we go to HMart.
13. Bathtime is always very fun and we get splashed occasionally.
14. He knows what an excavator,digger, dump truck, etc. is. I'm learning along with him!
14. Still don't know if he will be a lefty or a righty. 
15. We have birdfeeders outside of our dining room windows.  He knows the difference in the different birds that come to them.
16. Got quite a good fake snore.
17. When he talks on the phone he says "Hawa" for hello.
18. Can count to 10 by himself.
19. Recognizes the letter O.
20. Hums when he sees either the American or Korean flags.
21. Loves to sing into his microphone.  The microphone is a plastic hammer.
22. Is quite a dancer.  I think that he has some signature moves!
23. Always hides in the same spot when he plays hide and seek.
24. Candle sniffing is something that was taught to him soon after bringing him home and he still loves to smell them. A man after my own heart!!
25.He is the BEST thing that has ever happened in our lives and we can't imagine what life would be like without him.  He is the perfect fit for us and he makes our lives so much better. We are blessed every day so much thanks to the wonderful gift of adoption.  He is the best gift ever.
